Maintains your contact lists

With getMail you can upload your contact lists from elsewhere.

Apart from first name, surname and email address you can also
include additional information to your contact lists including title,
second email address, phone, mobile, fax, address, date of birth, sex etc.

You can import CSV files or you can add/dete contacts individually.

Send your emails

You can personalise each email so that messages can be addressed
to individuals. getMail has an easy to use HTML editor for composing
emails or you can import an email prepared elsewhere.

We can also host your images if required.

With getMail you only prepay for blocks of emails.
You do not have to worry about contracts, monthly fees, or hosting costs.

Processes bounces and updates your contact lists

Unlike most other email delivery services getMail does not just
provide you with a list of bounced emails.

At getMail we do everything we can to enable your contacts to get the message.

We try to make life easier for list managers by following up on
bounced and returned emails on your behalf. We also provide
you with the reason for each bounce.

This process allows us to automatically clease your contact lists
of invalid email addresses and, at the same time, update your list
with the new contact details.

It also means you can expect an extremely high delivery rate of emails sent.

Reports numbers sent, opened, forwarded and multiple views.

getMail provides you with comprehensive statistics relating
to each email campaign.

In real time you can view how many emails were sent, the number of
unique emails opened, the time each recipient first opened the email,
who opened which link and the number of bounces.

You can also see lists of recipients who have opened your email the
most and a list of recipients who have forwarded your email to others.
